How do I request editing access to ITM?
3 steps to editing
The IVM editor provides easy access to editing. Just follow three simple steps and you can quickly and easily edit emerging materials or work on new versions of already published materials.
What needs to be done?
- Register/log in.
- Send edit access request.
- Open IVM in edit mode.
1. Registration and Login
In order to request editing access to interactive learning materials, you must first log in/register. You will learn how to do it in the following article.
2. Application for the editorship of the publication
If you want to use the IVM editing capabilities, apply for the editor role. This allows you to make changes, create and publish individual versions.
Step 1: In the publication, expand the main navigation menu and go to the section where you see the logged in user.
Step 2: Clicking on it will take you to a menu where you can find your current “Reader” permission.
Step 3: After opening the permission description tab, the “Request for editorship” button will appear. Press to send the request to the administrators for approval. You will receive information about the approval of the application by e-mail, and from that moment you can start making changes to the publication.
3. Open in edit mode
If you have successfully logged in to the publication and been assigned editor permission, nothing prevents you from switching to editor mode. Open the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen. In the "user" section, press the "open editor" button. This will open a new window in which you can get to work undisturbed.
